Terms of sale
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms cover your purchase and use of the Desi Wedding Tracker planner (the "Product") from desiweddingtracker.store. The Product is sold by Nuraveda, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By buying you agree to them.
What you are buying
A downloadable spreadsheet planner for weddings. You pay once and keep your copy. There is no subscription. Nothing is shipped.
Price and payment
The price is shown in your currency before you pay and is charged once. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for the transaction. Stripe collects and pays any sales tax or VAT that applies, and your receipt comes from Stripe.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own wedding or the wedding of someone you are planning for as a family member or friend. You may keep copies on your own devices and in your own Google account. You may not resell, share or publish the Product or the download link, or offer it as your own work.
Refunds
You have 30 days to ask for a full refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Not advice
The Product helps you keep track of things. Its tasks and notes are reminders, not legal, immigration, tax, financial or travel advice. Confirm visa, passport, registration and legal requirements with the official source.
Warranty and liability
The Product is provided as it is. It is built for current versions of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and spreadsheet apps differ, so we cannot promise it will work in every program. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the Product is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you live.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for future sales; the version shown when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
