The wedding planner for five events, two countries and two currencies.
One spreadsheet from mehndi to reception. See who is coming to what, who is flying in, and every vendor payment in dollars and rupees, with a named family member on every task.
Try it with your own numbers
This is a taste of the Dashboard. Move the sliders.
Example splits, not advice. In the sheet you type your own events, guests, rates and budget.
Most planners assume one day, one venue and one currency.
The guest list changes by event. The sangeet is bigger than the haldi, and the same cousin is a yes for one and a maybe for another.
The money lives in two places. The caterer quotes in lakhs, the photographer in dollars, and three people have paid so far.
See it work
Three things the sheet answers in one glance.

Questions
Is it Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. You get a link to make your own Google Sheets copy and a download of the Excel file. Apple Numbers is not supported.
Does it work if the wedding is not in India?
Yes. Events, cities, countries and currencies are all editable. The sheet is built around Indian wedding events, but you can rename or switch off any of them.
My wedding has fewer events, or different ones.
Rename any event or switch it off in Settings. There are eight event slots, so you can add your own.
Can my family edit it too?
Yes. In Google Sheets, share your copy with anyone who is helping. In Excel, send the file around as you normally would.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep it.
Does it give visa or legal advice?
No. It tracks status only. Tasks about visas, passports and registration tell you to confirm with the official source.
Where is my data kept?
In your own Google Drive or on your own computer. We never see your guest list or budget.
