Privacy policy

Nuraveda, Ontario, Canada runs desiweddingtracker.store. This explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, country and postal code, entered at checkout. Our payment partners handle your card or UPI details; we never see or store them.
• Our order record: order number, price, currency, status, and the details above, so we can give you your download and process refunds.
• When you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page, and how you reached us (for example the ad or link you clicked). Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes this to run and protect the site.
• Not collected: your wedding data. The planner is a spreadsheet that lives on your computer or in your own Google account.

Why we use it

• To sell and deliver the Product, take payment, and issue refunds.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and keep records for tax and accounting.
• To measure whether our ads and pages work, using Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok. (Your consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest.)

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, these are off until you click Accept on our cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. We set a first-party cookie to remember your currency. Where tracking is allowed we also set a random first-party visitor ID, and these tools set their own cookies.

When you buy, we may send the purchase to Meta and TikTok from our server, using a hashed (scrambled) version of your email, name, location and visitor ID plus your IP address and browser type, so they can match it to an ad. We do not do this for visitors in the regions listed above.

Who we share it with

Payment partners (Stripe), Cloudflare (hosting, storage and security), Google, Meta and TikTok (measurement and advertising, as described above). We do not sell your personal information for money. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and refund purposes. We keep other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above and delete it on request where the law allows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Canada, the EEA and UK, and California), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or withdraw consent for tracking, and complain to your privacy regulator. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
