Delivery policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

The planner is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get it

Right after your payment is confirmed you are sent to a page with your download button. This normally takes a few seconds. You get an Excel file, and the page also gives you a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets when one is available.

How long the link works

Your personal download link works for 30 days from purchase, as many times as you need on your own devices. Keep the link private: anyone who has it can download the file. If a refunded order is shown, its link no longer works.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but the download page did not load, or the link has expired, email [email protected] with your order number or the email you used to buy. We will send you a new link. The product is sold by Nuraveda, Ontario, Canada.
